Option 3: Proof Request
Our iDesign Preview System is designed to assist you in fully personalizing your item.
If you are having difficulty getting your item to look perfect, or if you have a layout or wording change that is significantly different from our sample and needs our Professional Typesetter's attention, you can request a Free Proof.
Despite requesting a proof, you still must proceed with placing your order.
Upon receipt of your order, our Typesetting Department will setup your item(s) using the information that you provided. We will then place a proof in your storkie.com account for you to view and approve. This process usually takes 1 business day from the time your order is submitted.
You will receive an email reminding you that the proof is ready. To view the proof(s), login to your account and click on "Complete My Order".
From the proof area, you can either approve your item(s) or submit revision requests.
2 Important Notes:
1) Although we will not print and ship your order until we have your proof(s) approval, you must pay for the order before we will begin setting up your proof.
2) For proofed orders, the printing and shipping turnaround time is based on the approval of your proofs, NOT when your order was originally placed. Shipment Delays may be incurred, due to the proofing process.
For example: If you place an order on Monday before 12 noon EST, it is typically scheduled to print and ship on Tuesday. However, if you request a proof and do not approve the proof until Monday afternoon/evening or Tuesday morning, it will not print and ship out until Wednesday.
Storkie Standard Turnaround Time:
If you place your order Monday - Friday before 12 Noon EST, your order will print and ship the Next Business Day. If you place your order Monday - Friday after 12 Noon EST it will ship Two Business Days later. All orders received over the weekend will print and ship on Tuesday.
Note: Candle Orders, Letterpress and Foil Printing, Napkins, Products that Include Glitter, Assembled Orders, Stuff-Stamp-Mail Orders are examples of products or services provided that do not ship in 1 business day. Please contact Storkie Customer Service at 1.800.771.7867 if you have questions regarding product and/or services turn-around time.
Storkie Color Policy:
Storkie Express is not responsible for how colors or designs appear on an individual customer's screen. Please note that your monitor's calibration affects what you see on your screen. Colors viewed on computer monitors may vary significantly from the appearance of the final printed piece. As such, the colors on the printed piece may differ from what you may see on the Storkie Express website. Storkie online proofs are only meant to be a visual tool for proofing, and are only a rough draft of the final printed pieces. Therefore, if there is any question regarding color(s) or design, Storkie recommends ordering a sample of that card prior to placing an order.
Storkie Express will only accept a cancel order request by telephone during our business hours (8 a.m. to 7 p.m. EST Mon-Fri) if the order has not printed.
Orders can only be Cancelled if they have not been printed (and we do print quickly!). Orders received (but not yet printed) can be Cancelled; however, the Order will incur a $25.00 "Order Cancellation Charge". The $25.00 "Order Cancellation Charge" will be deducted from the Amount credited back to the Credit Card that was originally billed. If an order is cancelled, a Confirmation of Order Cancellation email will be sent to you.
