When you place an order with us, you submit your name, billing address, shipping address, telephone numbers, credit card number and expiration date, and email address. This information is safeguarded in our secure database and is used only for the limited purposes of processing your orders, administering our site, and notifying you of products and/or special offers that may be of interest to you (only if you select inclusion on our mailing list). We do NOT sell your private information to anyone!
Your information is kept on a Secure Server to protect it from outside parties. Security is provided through SSL, an industry standard that employs the latest 128-bit encryption technology to ensure that all transactions in your online store are secure. SSL is employed for all aspects of your online store that involve confidential information, such as customer address, email, and credit card information.
1. INFORMATION COLLECTED
We collect personal information when you register via our website, mobile site or mobile application (collectively, our "Sites and Apps") and when you use any of our products or services. Personal information is any information about you that is personally identifiable, such as your name, address, email address or phone number, Facebook Connect sign-in information (if applicable), and any other information that is not otherwise publicly available.
In addition, if you send invitations to friends and family using our calligraphy and/or Stuff, Stamp, and Mail services, those addresses are personal information.
We or our third party service providers may also collect information relating to your devices, including your device model, operating system, browser type, unique device identifier, IP address, mobile phone number, mobile network carrier, location, and event information (such as application installations).
If you order products or pay for services, we will need your shipping address, billing name and address, as well as your credit card number and expiration date.

Cookies, for example, are alphanumeric identifiers that we transfer to your computer's hard drive through your web browser. Our Sites and Apps are not intended for children, and we will not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. If we become aware that a subscriber is under the age of 13, we will remove their personally identifiable information from our files.

We do reserve the right to send you certain communications relating to the services we provide, such as service announcements and administrative messages. We use a secure server (SSL) to encrypt your personal financial information. We use other physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect the security and confidentiality of the information we have collected, and to prevent unauthorized access to or disclosure of your information.

This request may be made no more than once per calendar year. We reserve the right not to respond to requests submitted in ways other than those specified above.

ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS, WHETHER IN ARBITRATION OR COURT, WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION OR AS A NAMED OR UNNAMED MEMBER IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, REPRESENTATIVE OR PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL LEGAL ACTION. YOUR ACCESS AND CONTINUED USE OF ANY OF OUR SITES AND APPS SIGNIFIES YOUR EXPLICIT CONSENT TO THIS WAIVER.

If you have an account on Storkie, we will verify your identity by having you log in to your account. If you do not have an account, we will attempt to verify your request by asking you to provide identifying information that we will match to information in our files. We will only use information you provide in your request for the purpose of verifying your identity or authority to make the request. You can also designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. Your agent will need to provide a Power of Attorney authorizing the agent to act on your behalf, or will need to complete the same verification procedures that would be required for a request submitted by you directly, and provide information that allows us to verify your authorization.
We may deny deletion requests in whole or in part as permitted or required by applicable law. We do not charge a different price or rate or provide a different level or quality of goods or services based on your exercising your CCPA rights. We do not sell personal information.
