To order online, please follow these steps:

1) Select your item - either by category or item number.

2) Once you see your item, click on it. This will take you to the Product Details page and a larger image of the item.

3) To see a personalized version of this item or place your order, first select the Quantity that you would like to order (typically, any quantity above 10). Then click on Continue.

4) On the next page, enter in all of your custom information in the appropriate fields and click on Continue.

5) If you left any fields empty on the previous page, you will be sent to asked if those fields were intentionally left blank. If so, you will then be taken to the Card Preview Page, where you can modify the text (and image, if applicable) if desired. You have the ability to change ink color, text size and text placement (within the printable area of the card). Note: If making changes, you can always use the "Undo" button to go backwards. Please do not use the "Browser's Back button" unless you accept that your changes/modifications will be lost.

6) After designing your item, you will be prompted to have our proofers process your item in 1 of 3 ways (Note: you must initial your acceptance):
a. Your item will look exactly as shown on your Preview and your order will be sent directly to printing/shipping.
b. Your item may incur stylistic/grammatical improvements at our proofers' discretion, and your order will be sent directly to printing/shipping.
c. Your item will be setup by our proofers and a preview will be placed in your Storkie Express account for you to review and approve prior to printing/shipping (Note: This option may delay your order).

7) If you would like to add Extra Envelopes, Envelope Return Address Printing and/or Envelope Calligraphy, make sure to choose "Yes" and enter in your information. Note: If you would like to order Envelope Calligraphy but do not have your guest list ready, you can still order this item and come back later to provide the invitees' names and addresses.

8) On the Shopping Cart page, you will find Suggested Items that match the design that you chose. These items are prepared with your information, so you can quickly and easily order them. Additionally, you may use the “Comments” field at the bottom of the page if you have special requests (such as positioning or additional text information).

9) If you want to continue shopping,click "Continue Shopping..." or you can proceed to Checkout. If you have a Promotional Code, please enter it in the "Coupon or Gift Card" field.

10) On the next page, click on the "Register & Checkout" button on the right side if you are a new customer. For returning customers, please enter your email address and password on the left side. If you forgot your password, you can click on the “Forgot your Password” link and we will email your password to you.

11) On the next page please enter in your personal details - Billing and Shipping address, telephone number, email address, etc. For American Express Orders, the Bill-To and Ship-To person must be the same.

12) Next choose the Shipping Method that best suits your delivery timeframe.

13) On the next page enter in your preferred payment method. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit cards. Please ensure that this is the Credit Cardholder’s Name, Address and Telephone Number. For American Express Orders, the Bill-To and Ship-To person must be the same.

14) On the final page, you will be able to review your information and item image(s). Please ensure that everything is correct and if you notice an error or omission, please click on the "Edit" link to go back and make your changes.

15) Please note that your Credit Card will be charged upon clicking "Place Order", so please do not hit the button more than once. After placing your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email.
