Arrows Our Proofing Policy

We are proud to offer Free digital proofs. If you requested a proof for your order, a professional typesetter will carefully review your order/information and look for spelling, grammar and layout issues. Once the items are deemed perfect by our staff, a digital proof will be placed in your storkie.com account for you to view and approve. This process usually takes 1 business day from the time your order is submitted.

Your satisfaction is our #1 objective. We will do everything we can to ensure that your order is produced perfectly. If you receive your item(s) and are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please call us so we can understand your concerns. If we cannot resolve your concerns or replace your items, you may return it to us for a full exchange or store credit within 14 days of receiving the order.

Arrows Returning Damaged / Defective Items

In the event that you receive damaged or defective products, please call us right away. We will be sure to respond as quickly as possible to rectify the issue. Many times, we can redo and reship the order within the same day.

It is helpful to us if you can provide a digital image of the damage or defect (along with a clear description of the problem) in an email to our customer service department - info@storkie.com.

Arrows Return Shipping Cost

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer*. You can choose from 2 ways to ship back your order:

1) Have Storkie provide a prepaid return shipping label (the cost of which will be deducted from your store credit amount when the returned products are received)
or
2) You can ship the package back at your own expense. Note: if you elect to ship back the package with your own preferred shipping method/carrier, we require a shipping method that includes a tracking number.

*Storkie does not reimburse return shipping costs incurred by the customer unless the original order was received damaged or defective.

Please contact Customer Service by telephone at 1.800.771.7867 (during normal business hours) to discuss the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process. You must make this request within 14 days of receiving the shipment.
