Q. How quickly will I receive my order?

A. If you place your order Monday - Friday before 12 Noon EST, your order will print and ship the Next Business Day. If you place your order Monday - Friday after 12 Noon EST it will ship Two Business Days later. All orders received over the weekend will print and ship on the following Tuesday.

Note: Candle Orders Take 1 Extra Day in Plant before shipping and items that require assembly (such as ribbon tying and chocolate bar assembly) take 2 extra days before shipping.

Note: Letterpress orders placed Monday - Friday before 12 Noon EST, will print and ship 6 Business Days later. If you place your order Monday - Friday after 12 Noon EST it will ship Seven Business Days later. All orders received over the weekend will print and ship Seven Business Days Later.

Q. What will it cost to ship my order?

A. We offer four UPS domestic shipping methods (excludes HI, AK, and PR) and 1 international shipping option (2 for Canadian customers):

  • Ground — $9.95 for Orders under $50, $10.95 for Orders $51 - $100 and $11.95 for Orders $101 or over : 5 - 7 days (estimated)

  • UPS 3-Day — $14.95 for Orders under $100, $19.95 for Orders $101 - $200 and $25.95 for Orders $201 or over: 3 Business Days Guaranteed (No weekend deliveries)

  • UPS 2 Day Air — $19.95 for Orders under $100, $23.95 for Orders $101 - $200 and $28.95 for orders $201 or over: 2 Business Days Guaranteed (No weekend deliveries)

  • UPS Standard Overnight — $29.95 for Orders under $100, $34.95 for Orders $101 - $350.00 and $64.95 for orders $351 or over: Next Business Day Guaranteed (No weekend deliveries)

A. For Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and P.O. Box customers, we offer two United States Postal Service domestic shipping methods:

  • Priority Mail — $9.95 for Orders under $35, $12.95 for Orders $36 - $70, $15.95 for Orders $71 - $105, $17.95 for Orders $106 - $140, $19.95 for Orders $141 - $180 and $22.95 for Orders $181 or over : 5 - 7 days (estimated)

  • Express Mail — $29.95 for Orders under $35, $31.95 for Orders $36 - $70, $35.95 for Orders $71 - $105, $39.95 for Orders $106 - $140, $43.95 for Orders $141 - $180 and $47.95 for Orders $181 or over : 1 - 3 days (estimated)

A. For Canadian customers, we offer two Fedex international shipping methods:

  • Fedex Ground International — $23.95 for Orders under $50, $29.95 for Orders $50 - $100, $34.95 for Orders $101 - $150 and $43.95 for Orders $151 or over: 7 - 14 business days (estimated) Note: Additional Customs Duties/Delays may be incurred.

  • Fedex Priority International — $33.95 for Orders under $50, $43.95 for Orders $50 - $100, $54.95 for Orders $101 - $150 and $65.95 for Orders $151 or over : 2 - 6 business days (estimated) Note: Additional Customs Duties/Delays may be incurred.

A. For United Kingdom customers, we offer 2 Fedex international shipping methods:

  • Fedex Economy International — $44.95 for Orders under $50, $54.95 for Orders $50 - $100, $65.95 for Orders $101 - $150 and $76.95 for Orders $151 or over : 4 - 6 business days (estimated) Note: Additional Customs Duties/Delays may be incurred.

A. For all other international customers (Australia, New Zealand included), we offer 2 Fedex international shipping methods:

  • Fedex Economy International — $54.95 for Orders under $50, $59.95 for Orders $50 - $100, $71.95 for Orders $101 - $150 and $81.95 for Orders $151 or over : 5 - 10 business days (estimated) Note: Additional Customs Duties/Delays may be incurred.
  • Fedex Priority International — $70.95 for Orders under $100, $81.95 for Orders $100 - $150, and $92.95 for Orders $151 or over : 2 - 6 business days (estimated) Note: Additional Customs Duties/Delays may be incurred.

Q. When is my Credit Card processed?

A. Your credit card is processed when you submit your Order. If you requested a proof, we will not print and ship your order until we have your approval.

Q. Are envelopes included in my order?

A. Yes, each order of cards/magnets does include Blank White Envelopes.

Q. Is there a Minimum Order Quantity?

A. Yes! For most invitations/announcements the minimum order is 10 cards. However, some items require a minimum of 20 cards.

Q. Once I place my order, can I track it?

A. Yes. All UPS shipments have an official Tracking Number. You will receive a Tracking Number via email from us once your order ships, and additionally your order's Tracking Number is always available in your Storkie account. For US Priority Mail Orders, a Delivery Confirmation number will be emailed to you. US Priority Mail only provides delivery information after a package has been delivered, not while the package is enroute.

Q. Can I see a sample of the text that will appear on my items before they are printed?

A. Yes you can. The information that you entered on our Order Form contains all of the text that will be printed on your cards. You will receive a copy of the text with your Confirmation Email. Using our "Preview Wizard" - iDesign, you will also be able to view a Preview of your item immediately after you have entered your personalized information (before you submit your order).

Q. If I cannot design the card (or do not want to), is there any way for Storkie Express to typeset my order and provide me with a Proof(s)?

A. We do offer free proofs. By requesting a proof, you understand that your order will not print and ship until we have your approval of the proofs. We will inform you via email once your proof(s) are ready.

Q. I received a Confirmation email, but is the Proof supposed to be attached?

A. No, confirmation emails are sent to verify that we have received your order and provide you with a copy of the text and image for your item(s). A separate email will be sent informing you of the availability of the Proof(s) in your Storkie Express account.

Q. Can I write anything I want on my items?

A. Sure! Although we recommend the sample wording on our website, you can choose to have anything printed.

Q. Can I receive samples?

A. Yes you can. Samples can be requested by visiting our Sample Request Page, where you can view our pricing, turnaround-time and/or to place your Samples Request Order.

Q. Can I receive my envelopes in advance?

A. Yes. We highly recommend that you do request 'Envelopes in Advance' for Birth Announcements orders. By ordering your Envelopes in advance you can address your envelopes before your baby arrives. In addition, this helps you to determine if you've ordered the correct number of Birth Announcements. The fee for Envelopes in Advance is $10. After your baby is born, we'll ship your order the next business day if we receive your information by 12 Noon EST. After 12 Noon EST, your order will ship two business days later. (Note: Assembled orders add 2 days).

Q. What if I don't know the sex of my baby?

A. Most of our cards are offered in a boy or girl version. Additionally, by pre-ordering your envelopes, expectant mothers can enjoy the convenience of leisurely addressing the envelope fronts before their baby arrives.

Q. Can I order more cards after I receive my order?

A. Yes. Simply login to your account to find the order that has items that you would like to Re-Order. Once you find the order, click on the green "Express Reorder" link which will add all of the items from your past order to your shopping cart. The Re-Order minimum quantity for most invitations/announcements is 10. However, for some designs, the minimum reorder quantity is 20.

Q. What does the Cost of each Card include?

A. Pricing includes ink color, typesetting and printing, along with Blank Envelopes.

Q. Do I have a choice of payment methods?

A. You may pay by Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express on-line, or you may mail us a Money Order or Cashier's Check. Prior to mailing a Money Order or Cashier's Check we recommend that you call our office (1-800-771-7867) to ensure that you are sending us the correct amount.

Q. Do you offer a Catalog?

A. At this time we do not offer a printed catalog. The best place to view our complete selection at the lowest price is our website - www.storkie.com.

Q. Do you have any coupon codes currently available?

A. Any and all of our current coupon codes are available on this page: Storkie Coupons. If there are no coupons listed here, then we are not currently running any promotions. We believe in the lowest price from the get-go, rather than overcharging and then offering a coupon to bring the price back to where it should be. As such, typically Storkie coupons are only available during the Holidays or other special Storkie occasions.

Q. I placed my order but never received a confirmation email?

A. If you placed your order online and never received a confirmation email, our System never received your order (or your Spam Filter blocked the email). Please email us at orders@storkie.com or call us Toll-Free at 1-800-771-7867 and we will gladly assist you.

Q. After reviewing my Order Confirmation I see some errors, how do I get you the correct information?

A. Please do not place another order! To see if it is possible to make a change, please call us immediately at 1-800-771-7867. Due to the fast printing and shipping of all of our orders, we cannot guarantee that a change can be made.

Q. I just placed an order for photo cards, how do I send you my photo?

A. We prefer that you email us your photo - (as a .jpg, .gif, .tiff or .bmp) to photo@storkie.com. If possible, try to send us your best quality picture (above 72 dpi, and preferably taken with a 2 megapixel camera or higher). Please note that we may resize your photo to fit the appropriate size for the invitation/announcement.

Very important: Professional photographs remain the property of the photographer who took the picture. If you are using a professional photograph, it is your responsibility to make sure you have permission from the photographer for your photo to be reproduced.
