Custom Photograph Troubleshooting

We recommend using the highest quality image you can obtain
with your camera. Images must be valid photo files such as JPEG or GIF.

If you are having difficulty moving your photograph within the allotted
photograph region on your item, it is probably due to your photograph
being too small to zoom/move.

Note: the photograph region is fixed in location and size, but the placement
of your photograph within that region is changeable.

If the photograph is not filling the region size, the photograph file may be too
small and/or the dimensions are different than the frame dimensions.

If your photo's frame is only partially filled, try rotating the image using the
Photograph Settings Toolbar. Or you may upload a new photo using the
Photograph Settings Toolbar.

Preview Image Quality

If you are having trouble viewing your design and/or text clearly, you may want
to check you Flash Settings.

Right-click on the Preview Image and confirm that you are in "High Quality" mode.

"Low" or "Medium" Quality will affect the way you view the item,
but NOT the quality of the final product you will receive.
