Storkie Express’ Customer Service Representatives are the most important voice of Storkie.com, setting the stage for the best customer experience possible. We pride ourselves in our stellar customer service experience from initial inquiry to order completion and delivery. Our customer service representatives are responsible for replying to customer inquiries, assisting customers place orders, up-selling and trouble-shooting. Our representatives ensure that customers receive efficient, courteous and world-class service.
Primary Responsibilities include:
- Phone, Email and Online Chat Support - inbound and outbound
- Client Assistance/Trouble-Shooting - before and after order placement
- Working closely with the Proofing/Typesetting Team Members
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, patient, friendly, great with computers, pleasant phone voice, calm demeanor and excellent communication skills. Our team members are able to multi-task efficiently and handle a variety of responsibilities with a professional manner.
- College Degree
- 2+ year experience as a Customer Service Representative
- Graphic design background is a plus.
General Office Skills - Telephone Skills, Computer Skills (Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer) Typing, Documentation Skills, Verbal Communication, Written Communication, Dependability, Attention to Detail, Administrative Writing Skills, Ability to multi-task, Highly computer and email literate. Language Skills - Bilingual (English/Spanish) is also a plus.
